Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Use handheld devices or pick lists to locate and retrieve products from designated locations in the warehouse
- Ensure accuracy in item selection, quantity, and packaging to meet quality standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
Skills and Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or order picking preferred but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems or willingness to learn
