Farm Manager Requirements
- HND/BSc in Agriculture or related fields with experience of 2 years or more in farming including greenhouse farms and hydroponic farming
- Additional courses in Business management or admin would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of farming and irrigation - ability to manage to greatest yields and best quality
- Ability to lead and coordinate other farms workers.
- Ability to make decisions in stressful environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work closely with management to ensure success of the business.
