A Hog Farm in Imo State (Ukwu Oji) is looking to hire an experienced farm manager for immediate employment.

Duties

• Hog Farm Management for a 2000 capacity farm, including;
• Daily report writing and on the spot reporting to Senior Management
• Inventory management
• Personnel management, training and supervision
• Inventory management and procurement
• Medication administration
• Hands on, daily animal care, feeding and clean up
• Machinery and equipment operation
• Sourcing qualified personnel
• Farm environment clean up and maintenance
• Produce farm maintenance

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 4 years of mid to large size Hog Farm management or supervision experience
• Numeric and English language literacy
• Experience successfully managing people
• Minimum WAEC/GCE Certificate
• Computer literacy (Word processor, internet usage capacity)
• Qualifications Assets (good to have, but not required)
• Related academic qualifications culminating in a Degree or Diploma (e.g Agric Science, Animal science, Biology, Veterinary science)
• Knowledge of medication and medication administration
• Driver's license and driving experience

Salary

This is commensurate with experience and very competitive.
